Larry Cooke has over 45 years experience in the Semiconductor industry, including over 30 years of executive experience. He founded: Vertex (a fabless ASIC company), Crosspoint Solutions (an FPGA company), Chameleon Systems (a reconfigurable compute company), and On-Chip Technologies (an SOC verification & test company). Cooke helped develop SoC Platform based Design Methodologies, and was the executive director of VSIA, a geographically diverse internet-based standards organization. As a consultant he helped clients with: IP strategy, patent development, technical marketing and strategic analysis. Larry Cooke has written one book, multiple papers and have over 100 granted US patents. Cooke is currently CTO and Chairman of NovaSolix, a revolutionary Carbon Nanotube Rectenna array based solar cell start-up.
